Synonymous with a balanced and energetic breakfast, muesli is now available for all tastes and sauces, so if you don't have any ideas on how to prepare it, here are a few recipe ideas.

The basics of a good muesli

To make a good muesli, you start with the basics. And the first are the oat flakes, preferably organicVery rich in fibre and minerals, they will provide you with the proteins you need for the rest of the day. Then, we add oilseeds made from cashew nuts, coconuts, walnuts, almonds or hazelnuts. Here, you can play on your tastes and desires because they are packed with vitamins and antioxidantsTo complete this set, we add small seeds such as sesame, flax seeds or pumpkin seeds. Finally, we switch to dried fruits for a sweet taste with apple, banana, grapes or apricots. It all depends of course on the season and the mood of the day.

A little recipe idea

Depending on all these ingredients, you can make your own homemade muesli. And if you still don't have an idea, here is a little tip for a tasty recipe that is ideal for winter. To start with, we gather 200 g of organic oat flakes with 50 g of almonds, walnuts and hazelnuts and 50 g of flax and chia seeds. In addition, we prepare 40 g of maple syrup and 2 cl of water. Then, we heat the oven at 160° and mix the flakes, almonds and seeds in a separate jar. At the same time, we prepare a small pan in which we bring the maple syrup to the boil with a little water. Then, we put the muesli inside and mix well. Finally, we put the whole thing on baking paper for 25 minutes. Enjoy!
