1st step: preparation

The preparation consists in carrying out three types skewers:

  • Bacon chipolata skewers;
  • Date skewers with almonds and smoked breast;
  • Chicken and pineapple skewers with soy sauce, honey and sesame.

2nd step: cooking

Place all your skewers on the plancha cooking area. It takes a few minutes, but be sure to return them regularly. While cooking, soak your skewers with marinade. This helps to caramelize and avoid charring.

Pan Con Tomato

Here are the ingredients for this aperitif for 6 persons : 6 large slices of country bread, 6 slices of dry ham, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 tomato, olive oil, coarse salt.

The cooking time is only 2 minutes.

Place your slices of bread on the plancha for one minute for each side. Then rub them with garlic and put the tomato cut in half.

Then pour a little olive oil on the preparation and add a few grains of coarse salt.

Heat the ham slices on the plancha and then place them on the bread slices.
