The basics of a good muesli

To prepare a good muesli, start with the basics. And the first is the oatmeal and preferably organic. Very rich in fiber and minerals, they will provide you with the proteins you need for the rest of the day. Then, we add oilseeds made from cashews, coconut, walnuts, almonds or even hazelnuts. Here, we play with our tastes and desires because anyway, they are packed with vitamins and antioxidants. To complete this set, add small seeds such as sesame, flax seeds or squash seeds. Finally, we move on to dried fruits for a little sweet taste with apple, banana, grapes or even apricots. It all depends of course on the season and the mood of the day.

Depending on all these ingredients, it is therefore possible to be able to prepare your homemade muesli. And if you still have no idea, here's a little trick for a tasty recipe ideal for winter.
